NEAT is a specialty coffee shop located in downtown Darien, CT.
Established in 2009, NEAT was the first specialty shop to open in Connecticut and has been sharing our unique style of specialty coffee with the Fairfield County community for almost 15 years.
Our goal is to make great coffee accessible and inclusive, while delivering exceptional hospitality.

Sourcing
We recognize that the most delicious coffees come from farms that work in synergy with their ecosystems. The best coffees are a result of good agricultural practices, collecting and analyzing data, and maintaining strict methodology for harvesting and processing. At NEAT, we partner directly with farmers committed to these principles and guarantee fair prices for their tireless work. It is our honor to serve these beautiful coffees.
Roasting
Our roasting team evaluates and fine tunes our roast profiles every week. Our goal is to accentuate each coffee's distinct characteristics through our thoughtful and delicate roasting style. The quality of our green coffee speaks for itself, and our simple approach to roasting lets this quality come through in every cup. Our lighter, Scandinavian roasting offers a unique experience with NEAT coffee.
Serving
Our goal is to bring out the best in each of our unique coffees, while putting a smile on each guest's face. Our baristas meticulously prepare each drink on our tradtional menu, and are always eager to accomodate special requests. Don't forget about our always rotating seasonal menu!
