This lot was produced by Sookoo Coffee, who's dry station, Dambi Uddo, is in Shakiso, Guji. Ture Waji, founder, partner and manager of Sookoo, has a long history in the coffee industry as a native of Guji. He is colloquially known as the "King of Guji." Previously he worked at well-known operations like Guji Highlands and Mormora. Sookoo was founded in early 2019. All cherry is purchased from surrounding farmers and delivered to Dambi Uddo where it is meticulously processed. All coffee is sorted by hand and dried with precision. As such, his naturals are some of the most vibrant coffees we buy every year.
