Ursa Major is our staple blend.  It’s intended to be a versatile coffee offering suitable for espresso, batch brew, cold brew or even a single cup pour-over.  We believe that Ursa Major is not only complex and interesting for the tastes of the coffee professional but it is also approachable and easy drinking enough for anyone who casually enjoys coffee. The makeup of the blend will change seasonally but will remain a strict 75/25 split of Latin American East African coffees respectively.  While the specialty coffee industry has commonly looked down on blending as a lower form of coffee, we believe that, like a constellation as a composite of stars, the sum can be greater than its individual parts.
